Thank you for your interest in participating in this multicultural showcase! The City of Port Arthur is celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2023, with a few key events scheduled throughout the year. Port Arthur is fortunate to have a highly diverse blend of cultures that make up the city’s population. Since the city was chartered, Port Arthur has evolved into a melting pot of rich culture, with families settling here from all corners of the world. A Cultural Heritage Day, scheduled for 1-5 p.m. on October 14, will be held at the Port Arthur Civic Center and will be free to the public.
